1.新的或存放已久的机器，在使用前先将零件表面的防锈油脂或灰尘擦拭干净，轴承、连杆、杠杆的活动关节、轴 套、凸轮的工作表面等零件摩擦部位应滴注缝纫机油或5#锭子油。
2.使用前先用手转动皮带轮(按顺时针方向转动), 仔细察看机器的各个零件运动是否协调、灵活，有无较大的碰击声音。 上述完全正常后再调整线迹， 并进行若干次试缝，试缝正常方可启动电机进行使用。在使用过程中应尽量避免无料空缝，以免损坏送布牙和压脚的工作表面。
3.经常润滑和清除粉尘，是延长机器使用寿命的重要因素。建议每两小时加注一次润滑油，每班清除粉尘和全部加油一次。
4.机器的最大工作转数，不应超过2000r/min(GK20-9不超过2800r/min),否则会很快造成机件的严重磨损，新机器在初次使用时，转速应在1500r/min 以下，运转一个月，机件经过充分跑合后，再逐步提高速度。
For new or long-stored machines, wipe off the rust-proof grease or dust on the surface of the parts before use. Apply sewing machine oil or 5# spindle oil to the moving joints of bearings, connecting rods, levers, shaft sleeves, and the working surfaces of cams and other friction parts.
Before use, manually rotate the pulley (in a clockwise direction) and carefully observe whether the various parts of the machine move in a coordinated and flexible manner and whether there are any significant impact noises. After ensuring everything operates normally, adjust the thread path and perform several test stitches. Only when the test stitches are normal should the motor be started for operation. During use, try to avoid sewing without material to prevent damage to the feed teeth and the working surface of the presser foot.
Regular lubrication and dust removal are important factors in extending the service life of the machine. It is recommended to add lubricating oil every two hours and clean the dust and lubricate the machine at the end of each shift.
The maximum working speed of the machine should not exceed 2000 r/min (GK20-9 should not exceed 2800 r/min), otherwise serious wear of the components will quickly occur. For new machines, the speed should be below 1500 r/min during the initial use. After running for a month and the parts have undergone sufficient running-in, gradually increase the speed.
